Notable features: A diagonal scar over the bridge of his nose and on his left cheek, missing right eye - usually concealed by an eyepatch.
Fashion: Heavily leans towards black with red, whites, and metallics, and prefers form-fitting clothes between gothic and punk sensibility. Will try to work his skull and bones design into his clothes when possible.
Scent: (for characters with better-than-human sense of smell) lingering hints of gunpowder, bourbon, leather, and soap.

Must Have Traits:
-Base animal is a lionfish and a sea krait
-glowing dark brown eye with an electric blue spiral pattern
-gain human legs on land
-Has to wear a cover over an eye while on land. He currently has an eyepatch, but if it's known he's missing an eye, he will have to cover his remaining eye.
Optional Traits:
-Has long, black and white striped and spotted frills coming from his forearms, shoulder blades, calves, and hips, with some spines hidden in the forearm frills
-Tail more resembles a sea krait with the lionfish pattern
-the spots and stripes are bioluminescent and glow bone-white in the dark, but are invisible in most light. It continues in a skeletal pattern on his human skin.
